Research

Until now, I have been involved in at least 20 research projects (principal investigator in seven of them) and published 25 scientific articles. I engage in research on various topics, including assessment and feedback in higher education, self-efficacy, self-regulation, personnel evaluation, and faculty development. I am currently involved in three EU-funded projects. Here is the list of my publications, selected conference presentations, and projects.

People who regard themselves as highly efficacious act, think, and feel differently from those who perceive themselves as inefficacious. They produce their own future, rather than simply foretell it.” – Albert Bandura
