Research Interests

Numerical and physical modeling of coastal hydro- and morpho-dynamics:

• generation and transformation of wind waves,
• coastal sediment transport,
• shoreline and beach evolution,
• interactions between waves, sea bottom and coastal structures,
• scour around marine structures,
• computational fluid dynamics (CFD) and turbulence modeling,
• and design of coastal structures.
