    Remedial lesson has been so much fun today:D The effect of 6 hours,we talked nonsense somewhat but this was very enjoyable.In addition it made us happy that we haven’t got homework for tomarrow. Quiz will probably come tomorrow. I hope that it won’t be difficult.

    Of course sometimes students need to have a break and time to study and to revise on their own. That’s why there was no homework assignment yesterday. I know it’s not very easy to study that much but if we want to be good at what we are doing we need to work harder and harder. Nevertheless, I also enjoyed the remedial class yesterday. It was fun and we could work in detail on Noun Clauses.

    Hi,
    This week was a bit tiring, however, I’m glad that we could study “Conditionals (if) type2” and “too” and “enough”. Of course we need more exercise to revise. I think I’m going to prepare some extra worksheets for the remedial hours. Maybe we can go to the SAC. I haven’t decided yet. What do you think Pin-1? Shall we go to the SAC next week for the remedial hours?

    this blog is very succesful.. thanks Mr. Karanfil 🙂 I like your idea about going to SAC for remedial hours. We can’t go to sac after remedial hours because of having 7 hours lesson and we are tired. I don’t want to go there. If we went this week, I would be very happy 😀 I used Second Conditionals 😀 That is We learned learned learned.. I thinh thats enough seeeeeee you on Monday 😉 Have a nice weekend..

    Hi all,
    I’m a student of Sir Talip’s last semester class. I was happy to be Sir Talip’s student because he taught much English. However, we couldn’t get in the class if we were late(One second is enough to late). Now I’m studying cause-effect paragraphs in my new class. I think it’s hard because there will be only major sentences in that midterm and I think we’ll make the minors. Moreover, I recommend you to do some listening and reading practice.

    About SAC…I think we should go there at least twice this week. We need to get used to the place.

    I’d like to write a few things about Arthur Miller and Joe DiMaggio.
    Arthur Miller was an American author and he is especially known for his plays such as “All My Sons, Death of a Salesman and The Crucible.” He was born in 1915 and died in 2005. He was married to Marilyn Monroe. The interesting thing is that before Arthur Miller, Marilyn Monroe was married to Joe DiMaggio. He was an American baseball player. He was born in 1914 and died in 1999. He played for New York Yankees.

    If I met Arthur Miller and JoeDiMaggio I would ask them what they had thought when they first met Marilyn Monroe?
    If I met Miller, I would also ask him how he could be so creative.

    It is no reason people prefer to study British English rather than American English because there isn’t distinctive difference between them.

    I think, I’ll agree with you. You are right, there is no reason for people to decide to study British or American English. However, in time we will see if people decide on over the other…

    If laptop wasn’t invented,I couldn’t access information easily because internet makes information easily accessible.To use internet,I need a laptop.

    Transportation takes a lot of time by walking but if there is a car,it takes little time.

    I think most important event is an invention of the electricity. If there was no electricity, People would have difficulty in everything. For example, they would remain in the dark. In addition, there are so many things done by using electricity such as sockets, chip and parts of a lot of tool. Therefore, these wouldn’t invent if there wasn’t electricity. We can also use electricity to heat such as heater and iron. As a result, electricity has a significant role in our life.

    And Merve, yes you are right; electricity is really important for mankind.

    You already have some assignments…Why don’t you check the exercises in your PYG book , pages between 250 and 277? I think those exercises will help you practice.
