Design Engineer, Transportation Department

Yüksel Proje which operates in 16 countries and has over 1500 employees has been selected Exporter of the year in the field of Technical Consultancy. Yüksel Proje provides services in the following specialties: feasibility studies, planning, design, construction supervision, quality control and project management.
· As sole responsible engineer in YP Algeria office; Coordinating design of 110 km’s of highway in Jijel-Algeria in terms of project scoping, design phases and scheduling aspects, gathering and compiling site data.
· Coordinating and monitoring status of design incentive/disincentive programs complying with provisions of design subcontract. Contributing negotiations with client and subcontractors.
· Leading scheduling efforts on large/multiple projects including making decisions to the creating and/or adjusting the project schedule utilizing Primavera P6 and MS Project softwares.
· Performing design and engineering analysis for small to large highway and infrastructure projects; preparing preliminary and execution projects utilizing AutoCAD, MicroStation SS4, Inroads SS2, HY-8 and Hecras softwares.
· Preparing design criteria reports that clearly and accurately convey all aspects of the project, developing alternatives for meeting the goals of the identified improvement.
· Participates on a team to produce decisions that balance safety, mobility, environmental impacts, property impacts, cost and long term maintenance.

The Cultural Representative Program is a summer long experience that offers participants the opportunity to work and learn from the world’s 5th largest company sharing their culture and customs with guests around the world.

· Monitoring, controlling and assisting large international groups during shows. · Accompanying and assisting character performers and engaging with guests throughout the parks.

· Demonstrating and selling Disney products to guests · Memorizing and delivering lengthy narrations to large groups

TSGI MI, Aegean Refinery Project, İzmir /Turkey

Socar Turkey Aegean Refinery is the biggest localization project of Turkey with fixed capital investment value of 4.2 billion dollars. TSGI is the main contractor of the project whose partners are Tecnicas Reunidas (Spain), Saipem S.p.A. (Italy), GS (South Korea) and Itochu (Japan).

· Responsible of planning, monitoring, and controlling routine maintenance tasks.

· Supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of subcontractors. · Coordinating and planning resources such as materials, equipment and manpower.
· Supervising and monitoring onshore and offshore pipe-welding, offshore pipe drilling and bore drilling tasks.

· Applying designs and plans, planning the work and efficiently organizing the plant and the site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines.
