The personal blog has been integrated in the people life with the help of web 2.0 tools. Before the web2.0 technology, people created their own personal web site. However, these sites were not interactive and such blogs couldn’t be used for the communication or any other interaction. In a personal blog, people can describe themselves, they can inform the people about themselves and their interests. A person who create a personal blog can import some images related with the interests or photo into the website. Blogging tools are used such purposes. We can use such tools to add interactivity and visual objects into our blogs.  Personal blogs can be used, also, in the education environment. Students can create their own personal web sites and teachers can publish their notes,essays or some instructional materials with the help of the personal blogs.

An example case scenario:

The teacher wants to know whether the students understand the codes and algorithm in the ınformation technologies and programming lesson classess. She wants to students to post the variety of the codes and algorithm which makes the same thing during the class. Thanks to personal blogs, at the end of the class, the teacher publish the codes which are covered during the lecture. Then, students develop their own codes which make the same job and post their own personal blogs. Therefore, teacher can check whether students can develop variety of source code or not.
