Assoc. Prof. Özgür Bayer

Dr. Bayer received his B.Sc., M.Sc., and Ph.D. (with the highest honors) degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Middle East Technical University in 2000, 2002, and 2009 respectively. He was a postdoctoral researcher from July 2009 to August 2010 in Radiative Transfer Laboratory at the University of Kentucky. He has participated in multiple research projects. His main interests are CFD-based convective and radiative heat transfer, radiative cooling, HVAC applications and analyses, experimentation on thermofluids and energy-related thermal, ecological, and system simulations.

He is married to Almıla Bayer and father of İnci Duru and Deniz.
