So I wrote to the editor of EJGE at\u00a0 <a href=\"mailto:ejge.editor@gmail.com\">ejge.editor@gmail.com<\/a>. The following has been composed using the reply I received:<\/p>\n<p>I understand that it became necessary to store old files in zipped form. The steps to be followed in accessing the desired paper are given, as an example, for Publication no. 12 under\u00a0 Publications in English, on my web page at <a href=\"http:\/\/users.metu.edu.tr\/mirata\/\">http:\/\/users.metu.edu.tr\/mirata\/ <\/a><\/p>\n<p>If you bring the cursor to the link given for this publication, at the bottom of the page, you can see the year as 1999 and the paper no. as Ppr9903.
