I am a Research Assistant in Welding Technology and Non-destructive Testing Center (aka. KATAMER) in METU since November, 1999.
Received MSc (2003), BSc (1999) in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering, from Middle East Technical University. 

My Primary Responsibilities and Duties at KATAMER:
  • Examination Coordination: Serve as Exam Coordinator for the Personnel Certification Center (PCC)
  • Portal Management: Administer the PCC Exam and Course management portal
  • Curriculum Development: Design, produce, and update Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) instructional materials
  • Digital Content Production: Manage video production and editing processes for online educational content
  • Laboratory Administration: Oversee operations of the NDT Research and Development Laboratory
  • Academic Support: Assist with instruction in elective courses METE 478, ME 450, and Summer School programs
My main skills and interests include:
  • GUI application development using Rust programming language
  • Web application development utilizing PHP and JavaScript, primarily with the Laravel framework
  • Embedded systems programming in Rust for microcontroller platforms (e.g., Raspberry Pi Pico)
  • Document preparation and typesetting using LaTeX
