Ancak iki uzuv aras\u0131nda ba\u011f\u0131l hareket belirlenirken 4 ve 5 uzvu aras\u0131nda tek mafsal d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclmesi gereklidir. K\u00fcre-kabuk \u00e7iftinden dolay\u0131 iki uzuv aras\u0131nda \u00fc\u00e7 eksende d\u00f6nme serbestisi vard\u0131r (eksenler k\u00fcre merkezinde \u00e7ak\u0131\u015f\u0131r). Paralel d\u00fczlem-k\u00fcre \u00e7iftinden dolay\u0131 ise iki uzuv aras\u0131nda be\u015f serbestlik vard\u0131r. \u0130ki uzuv aras\u0131nda ba\u011f\u0131l serbestlik, serbestlik derecesi en d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck mafsaldan fazla olamaz (e\u011fer k\u0131s\u0131tlanan hareketler her temas noktas\u0131nda ayn\u0131 ise serbestlik derecesi en d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck serbestlik derecesidir) . Bu durumda serbestlik derecesinin \u00fc\u00e7ten fazla olmas\u0131 beklenmemelidir. Ancak Paralel d\u00fczlem-k\u00fcre \u00e7iftinin konumuna bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda, bu mafsal resim d\u00fczlemine dik bir eksende \u00f6telemeye m\u00fcsaade etmeyecektir. Bu \u00f6teleme m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olamay\u0131nca k\u00fcre kabuk \u00e7iftinin bir d\u00f6nme serbestiside k\u0131s\u0131tlanacakt\u0131r. E\u011fer bu mekanizman\u0131n serbestlik derecesi hesaplan\u0131r ise 4 uzuvlu, 3 d\u00f6ner mafsal ve bir kam \u00e7ifti (j = 4, \u03a3f<sub>i<\/sub> = 5) olan bu mekanizman\u0131n serbestlik derecesi (F = 3(4 \u2212 4 \u2212 1) + 5 = 2) 2 olacakt\u0131r. Bu de\u011fer, ilk bak\u0131\u015fta yanl\u0131\u015f g\u00f6r\u00fclse bile do\u011frudur. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc bir parametre pratikte kam olarak adland\u0131r\u0131lan 2 uzvunun d\u00f6nme hareketi ile belirlenir iken, 4 uzvunun kam \u00fczerinde hem kayma hemde yuvarlanma yapabilmesinden dolay\u0131 ek bir serbestisi bulunmaktad\u0131r. Pratikte bu toparla\u011f\u0131n kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 ile kam y\u00fczeyinde sadece yuvarlanma olacak ve s\u00fcrt\u00fcnme kay\u0131plar\u0131 en aza indirgenecektir ancak kinematik a\u00e7\u0131dan toparlak uzvuna gerek yoktur ve giri\u015f &#8211; \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f uzuvlar\u0131 aras\u0131nda hareketin incelenmesi s\u0131ras\u0131nda toparlak uzvu ihmal edilerek e\u015fde\u011fer harekete sahip 3 uzuvlu mekanizman\u0131n serbestlik derecesi bulunur.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-754 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.metu.edu.tr\/eresmech\/files\/2021\/09\/image011.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"543\" height=\"243\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Di\u011fer baz\u0131 mekanizmalarda daha uygun kuvvet iletimi i\u00e7in par\u00e7a say\u0131s\u0131 art\u0131r\u0131labilir. Buna en uygun \u00f6rnek planet di\u015fli sistemleridir. Kinematik a\u00e7\u0131dan tek bir planet di\u015fli kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 yeterli oldu\u011fu halde, y\u00fck da\u011f\u0131l\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 daha iyi bir duruma getirmek, atalet kuvvetlerini dengelemek ve daha fazla moment iletimi i\u00e7in genellikle iki veya daha fazla planet di\u015fli kullan\u0131l\u0131r. Bu \u015fekilde planet di\u015flilerin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fabilmeleri i\u00e7in planet di\u015flilerin \u00e7ap\u0131 ve di\u015f say\u0131s\u0131 ayn\u0131 olmal\u0131d\u0131r. Aksi takdirde planet di\u015fli kilitlenecektir. Kinematik a\u00e7\u0131dan ayn\u0131 kola ba\u011fl\u0131 planet di\u015fli gurubundan birisi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclmeli di\u011fer planet di\u015fli gurubu g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcne al\u0131nmamal\u0131d\u0131r. Ancak baz\u0131 durumlarda mekanizman\u0131n serbestlik derecesi uzuv boyutlar\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131 olabilir. \u00d6rne\u011fin, \u015eekil 1.30 da g\u00f6sterilen d\u00fczlemsel mekanizmada 6 uzuv, 8 d\u00f6ner mafsal oldu\u011funa g\u00f6re serbestlik derecesi: F = 3(6 \u2212 8 \u2212 1) + 8 = \u22121 ise de, mekanizmada olu\u015fan d\u00f6rtgenlerin kar\u015f\u0131 kenarlar\u0131 birbirlerine e\u015fit ise (ki bu nedenle bu tip mekanizmalar <strong>paralelkenar mekanizmas\u0131<\/strong>\u00a0olarak adland\u0131r\u0131l\u0131r), mekanizma hareket edebilir. Serbestlik derecesi denkleminden elde edilmi\u015f olan serbestlik derecesi, e\u011fer uzuv boyutlar\u0131 farkl\u0131 de\u011ferlerde olsa idi, ge\u00e7erli olacakt\u0131. Bu t\u00fcr mekanizmalara\u00a0<strong>kritik boyutlu<\/strong>\u00a0mekanizmalar diyece\u011fiz. Kritik boyutlu mekanizmalarda genellikle paralel kenarl\u0131 d\u00f6rtgen halkalar g\u00f6r\u00fclecektir. Bu tip mekanizmalar\u0131n serbestlik derecesi s\u0131f\u0131r veya eksi de\u011ferdedir. Ancak \u00f6zel uzuv boyutlar\u0131ndan dolay\u0131, tasar\u0131m konumlar\u0131nda belirli bir miktar hareket serbestileri bulunur. Bu hareket serbestisi, uygulamada mafsal bo\u015fluklar\u0131 ve uzuv esnekliklerinin eklenmesi ile \u00f6nemli bir miktar olur. Bu mekanizmalar a\u011f\u0131r y\u00fcklerin s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 mesafelerde ta\u015f\u0131nmas\u0131 gibi durumlarda kullan\u0131l\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Kritik boyutlu uzay mekanizmalar\u0131 kullan\u0131mda olduk\u00e7a yayg\u0131nd\u0131r. Bu mekanizmalar\u0131n, serbestlik derecesi denklemine g\u00f6re hareket etmemesi gerekirken hareket etmesi, \u00e7o\u011funlukla uzayda eksenlerin bir veya bir ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7ak\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 veya paralel olmas\u0131 ile sa\u011flan\u0131r. Kritik boyutlu uzay mekanizmalar\u0131 i\u00e7in baz\u0131 \u00f6rnekler a\u015fa\u011f\u0131da verilmi\u015ftir. E\u011fer mekanizmada bulunan mafsallar\u0131n eksenleri tek bir noktada \u00e7ak\u0131\u015f\u0131r ise, bu t\u00fcr mekanizmalar uzaysal de\u011fil k\u00fcresel mekanizmalar olarak adland\u0131r\u0131lmalar\u0131 gerekir ve k\u00fcresel mekanizmalar\u0131n uzay serbestlik derecesi 3 olarak al\u0131nmal\u0131d\u0131r. Bu durumda mekanizma uzuvlar\u0131 \u00fczerinde bulunan noktalar ayn\u0131 merkezli k\u00fcre y\u00fczeyleri \u00fczerinde hareket ederler.<\/p>\n<p>Uzaysal mekanizmalarda daha ba\u015fka kritik durumlar mevcuttur. Ancak serbestlik derecelerinin bulunmas\u0131, mekanizman\u0131n kinematik analizinin yap\u0131lmas\u0131 ile m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olur.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full
