Matematiksel olarak olaya bakmak i\u00e7in a\u015fa\u011f\u0131da verilmi\u015f olan parametreleri tan\u0131mlayal\u0131m:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\" align=\"center\">\u03bb : Uzay Serbestlik Derecesi<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\" align=\"center\">(D\u00fczlemsel uzaylar i\u00e7in \u03bb = 3 ; genel uzay i\u00e7in \u03bb = 6)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\" align=\"center\"><em>l<\/em>\u00a0: Mekanizmada uzuv say\u0131s\u0131 (sabit uzuv dahil)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\" align=\"center\">j : Mekanizmada mafsal say\u0131s\u0131<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\" align=\"center\">f<sub>i<\/sub> : i mafsal\u0131n\u0131n serbestlik derecesi<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\" align=\"center\">F : Mekanizma serbestlik derecesi<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\" align=\"center\"><em>l<\/em> say\u0131da uzvun \u03bb serbestlik dereceli uzayda herhangi bir kinematik \u00e7ift ile birbirlerine ba\u011flanmadan durduklar\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnelim. Bu durumda sabit uzuv hari\u00e7, di\u011fer <em>l<\/em> \u2212 1\u00a0uzvun her biri i\u00e7in \u03bb\u00a0say\u0131da parametre tan\u0131mlamam\u0131z gerekir (sabit uzva referans koordinat sistemi ba\u011fl\u0131 oldu\u011fundan sabit uzvun konumu sabittir). \u00d6yle ise hi\u00e7 bir mafsal olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131nda uzuvlar\u0131n konumu:<\/p>\n<table border=\"0\" width=\"100%\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td style=\"vertical-align: middle;text-align: center\" width=\"90%\">\u03bb(<em>l<\/em> \u2212 1)<\/td>\n<td style=\"vertical-align: middle;text-align: right\" width=\"10%\">(1)<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p>parametre ile belirlenecektir.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-2076 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.metu.edu.tr\/eresmech\/files\/2021\/11\/resim2.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"761\" height=\"258\" \/><\/p>\n<p>\u015eimdi mafsallar\u0131 bir \u00f6rnekle g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcne alal\u0131m. \u015eekilde d\u00fczlemde hareket eden d\u00f6rt uzuv g\u00f6sterilmektedir. Bu uzuvlar aras\u0131nda hi\u00e7 bir ba\u011flant\u0131 yok iken uzuvlar\u0131n konumunu belirlemek i\u00e7in 3\u00d74 = 12 parametre gerekir (A). E\u011fer 2 uzvu ile 4 ve 5 uzuvlar\u0131 aras\u0131nda d\u00f6ner mafsal, 2 ve 3 uzvu aras\u0131nda ise kamal\u0131 silindir mafsal\u0131 olu\u015fuyor ise, 2 uzvunun konumunu belirlemek i\u00e7in yine \u00fc\u00e7 parametreye ihtiya\u00e7 vard\u0131r. Ancak bu \u00fc\u00e7 parametre belirlendikten sonra 4 uzvunun mafsal ile birle\u015ftirilmi\u015f oldu\u011fu B noktas\u0131 art\u0131k bilindi\u011finden, 4 uzvunun konumu d\u00f6nme a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131 tan\u0131mland\u0131\u011f\u0131nda (\u03c8 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131 &#8211; 1 parametre) belirlidir. Benzer bir \u015fekilde 5 uzvu d\u00f6ner mafsal ile A noktas\u0131nda 2 uzvuna birle\u015ftirildi\u011finden 2 uzvuna g\u00f6re sadece d\u00f6nme hareketi yapabilecektir (\u03d5 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131 &#8211; 1 parametre). 3 uzvu kamal\u0131 silindir ile birle\u015ftirildi\u011finden 3 uzvu \u00fczerinde D noktas\u0131 2 uzvu \u00fczerinde kanal ekseni boyunca \u00f6teleyebildi\u011fi gibi, d\u00fczleme dik bir eksen etraf\u0131nda d\u00f6nebilecektir. \u00d6yle ise 2 uzvunun konumunu belirlemek i\u00e7in 2 parametreye ihtiya\u00e7 bulunmaktad\u0131r (s ve \u03b6 parametreleri). Ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7ta 12 parametre gerektiren bu uzuvlar \u015fimdi sadece 7 parametre kullan\u0131larak konumlar\u0131 belirlenebilmektedir. D\u00f6ner mafsallarda iki, kamal\u0131 silindirde ise bir parametre eksik tan\u0131mlanabilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>Uzay serbestlik derecesi \u03bb\u00a0olan bir uzayda<strong>\u00a0f<sub>i<\/sub><\/strong> serbestli\u011fi olan bir mafsal, (\u03bb \u2212 f<sub>i<\/sub>) kadar hareket serbestisini \u00f6nler ve cisimlerin serbest oldu\u011fu duruma nazaran bu kadar parametreyi tan\u0131mlamam\u0131z gerekmez. Bu durumda mekanizmada bulunan uzuvlar\u0131n konumlar\u0131n\u0131 belirlemek i\u00e7in gereken parametre say\u0131s\u0131 hi\u00e7 bir mafsal olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131nda gereken parametre say\u0131s\u0131ndan mafsallar\u0131n s\u0131n\u0131rlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 serbestliklerin \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmas\u0131 ile elde edilir. \u00d6yle ise:<\/p>\n<p>F = Serbest uzuvlar i\u00e7in gerekli parametre say\u0131s\u0131 (1) &#8211; Mafsallar\u0131n getirdi\u011fi s\u0131n\u0131rlamalar (2)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\" align=\"center\"><span class=\"katex-eq\" data-katex-display=\"false\"> \\displaystyle {\\text{F}=\\text{\u03bb} \\left( {l-1} \\right)-\\left( {\\text{\u03bb}\\text{j}-\\sum\\limits_{{\\text{i}=1}}^{\\text{j}}{{{{\\text{f}}_{\\text{i}}}}}} \\right)} <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\" align=\"center\">veya<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\" align=\"center\"><span class=\"katex-eq\" data-katex-display=\"false\"> \\displaystyle {\\text{F}=\\text{\u03bb} \\left( {l-\\text{j}-1} \\right)+\\sum\\limits_{{\\text{i}=1}}^{\\text{j}}{{{{\\text{f}}_{\\text{i}}}}}} <\/span><\/p>\n<p>Son elde etti\u011fimiz denkleme <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-19\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.metu.edu.tr\/eresmech\/files\/2021\/04\/important.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"28\" height=\"27\" \/><span style=\"color: #cc0000\"><strong>&#8220;Mekanizma serbestlik derecesi denklemi&#8221;<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"color: #cc0000;font-size: small\"><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/span><span style=\"color: #cc0000;font-size: xx-small\">\u00a0<\/span>diyece\u011fiz.<\/p>\n<p>Serbestlik derecesi denklemi, bir\u00e7ok mekanizma i\u00e7in ge\u00e7erli ise de bu denkleme uymayan mekanizmalar da bulunmaktad\u0131r. Bunun nedeni bu denklemin elde edili\u015fi s\u0131ras\u0131nda yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olan varsay\u0131mlard\u0131r. Bu varsay\u0131mlar\u0131n en \u00f6nemlisi mafsallar\u0131n getirmi\u015f oldu\u011fu hareket s\u0131n\u0131rlamalar\u0131n\u0131n birbirlerinden ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z olmas\u0131d\u0131r. Ancak uzuv boyutlar\u0131n\u0131n belirli de\u011ferler almas\u0131 durumunda bu varsay\u0131m ge\u00e7erli olmayabilir ve mekanizma serbestlik derecesi denklemi baz\u0131 mekanizmalar i\u00e7in do\u011fru sonu\u00e7lar vermeyebilir.
