Bu durumda izleyici hareketi kontrol d\u0131\u015f\u0131d\u0131r. Bunun yerine toparlakl\u0131 izleyiciler i\u00e7in elde edilen i\u00e7ten ve d\u0131\u015ftan temas eden kam profili e\u011frileri birlikte kullan\u0131larak \u015fekil kapal\u0131 kam \u00e7ifti olu\u015fturulabilir. Ancak bu i\u00e7ten ve d\u0131\u015ftan temasl\u0131 kamlar\u0131n imalat\u0131 \u00e7ok fazla hassasiyet gerektirecektir (bo\u015fluk \u00e7ok az olmal\u0131d\u0131r) ve genellikle i\u00e7ten temas eden kam y\u00fczeyinin i\u015flenmesi zordur. Bu nedenle bir \u00e7ok uygulamada ayn\u0131 hareket e\u011frisini veren iki de\u011fi\u015fik kam e\u011frisi ve iki de\u011fi\u015fik izleyici tasarlan\u0131r ve iki kam birbirine rijit ba\u011fland\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi iki izleyici de birbirine rijit olarak ba\u011flanarak \u015fekil kapal\u0131 mekanizma elde edilir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-571\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.metu.edu.tr\/eresmech\/files\/2021\/09\/img1-7.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"781\" height=\"586\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Yukar\u0131da sal\u0131n\u0131m yapan toparlakl\u0131 izleyici i\u00e7in iki toparlak ve iki kam profili elde edilmesi g\u00f6sterilmektedir. Birinci ve ikinci kam profilleri i\u00e7in toparlakl\u0131 sal\u0131n\u0131m yapan izleyici i\u00e7in verilen denklemler ile ayn\u0131 olmal\u0131d\u0131r. Verilen denklemler aynen ge\u00e7erlidir, ancak 2 ve 4 numarali denklemlerde birinci kam profili i\u00e7in (\u03b3 + \u03b1 + \u03d5 \u2212 \u03b8) a\u00e7\u0131 terimi kullan\u0131lmal\u0131, ikinci kam profili i\u00e7in ise bu terim yerine (\u03b3 \u2212 \u03b2 + \u03d5 \u2212 \u03b8) terimi kullan\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. \u0130ki kam profilinin farkl\u0131 temel daire yar\u0131\u00e7ap\u0131 vard\u0131r (ba\u011flama a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n her iki kam profilinde ayn\u0131 olmas\u0131 i\u00e7in ikinci kam profili temel daire yar\u0131\u00e7ap\u0131 birinci kam profilinin maksimum \u00e7ap\u0131na e\u015fit olmal\u0131d\u0131r). Kol uzunluklar\u0131 ve toparlak yar\u0131\u00e7aplar\u0131 istenir ise farkl\u0131 al\u0131nabilir (e\u015fit al\u0131nmas\u0131 da m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr).<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6rnek 7 de g\u00f6sterilmi\u015f olan toparlakl\u0131 sal\u0131n\u0131m yapan izleyicili radyal kam\u0131 \u015fekil kapal\u0131 yapmak i\u00e7in ikinci kam profilini de tasarlad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda (kesik \u00e7izgi) asa\u011f\u0131da ilk konumda (\u03b8 = 0\u00b0) ve \u03b8 = 120\u00b0 (SYT) olacak \u015fekilde kam\u0131n d\u00f6nd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ve izleyicinin \u03c8 = 40\u00b0 (SYT) sal\u0131n\u0131m yapm\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fu konumlarda g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir (ikinci kam profili i\u00e7in r<sub>t<\/sub> = 240 mm, kol boyu ve toparlak \u00e7ap\u0131 her iki kam i\u00e7in ayn\u0131 al\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. MathCad kullan\u0131larak elde edilen profil e\u011frisi de\u011ferleri mekanizman\u0131n AutoCad te \u00e7iziminde kullan\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r). Dikkat edilir ise, iki e\u015f hareketli kam profili birbirine benzememektedir (genelde benzemez.
