Dikkat edilir ise, toparlakl\u0131 \u00f6teleme yapan izleyiciden fark\u0131, toparlak daire merkezi koordinatlar\u0131 ve bu koordinatlar\u0131n \u03b8 ya g\u00f6re t\u00fcrevleri i\u00e7in verilmi\u015f olan 2 ve 4 denklemlerinin de\u011fi\u015fik olusudur. Her \u03b8 de\u011feri i\u00e7in iki nokta elde edilece\u011finden kam e\u011fri demetinin zarf\u0131 olan kam profili iki k\u0131s\u0131mdan olu\u015facakt\u0131r. (\u03b7 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131 ve\u00a0<em>a<\/em>, luzakl\u0131klar\u0131 ile temel daire \u00e7ap\u0131 verilen de\u011ferler oldu\u011funu kabul edelim).<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00d6rnek 9:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bir toparlakl\u0131 izleyicinin, kam\u0131n 120\u00b0 (SYT) d\u00f6nmesi s\u0131ras\u0131nda 40\u00b0\u00a0(SYT) sikloid hareket ile sal\u0131nmas\u0131n\u0131, bu konumda kam\u0131n 80\u00b0\u00a0d\u00f6nmesi s\u0131ras\u0131nda beklemesini, kam\u0131n 140\u00b0 d\u00f6nmesi s\u0131ras\u0131nda 40\u00b0 (SY) sal\u0131narak baslang\u0131\u00e7 konumuna sikloid hareket ile geri d\u00f6nmesini istiyoruz. \u0130zleyici ile kam d\u00f6nme eksenleri aras\u0131 300 mm (<em>a<\/em> = 300) izleyici kol boyu 175 mm dir (<em>l <\/em>= 175). Toparlak yar\u0131\u00e7ap\u0131 75 mm dir ( r<sub>r<\/sub>\u00a0= 75). Ba\u011flama a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n 90\u00b0 den en fazla sapmas\u0131 30\u00b0 olmas\u0131 gerekir.<\/p>\n<p>Sal\u0131nan izleyiciyi \u00f6teleme yapan bir izleyici ile benze\u015ftirir isek:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px\">H =\u00a0<em>l<\/em> \u03d5<sub>0<\/sub> = 175\u00d740\u00d7\u03c0\/180 = 122 mm dir.<\/p>\n<p>Y\u00fckseli\u015f sikloidal hareket oldu\u011funa g\u00f6re Normalizasyon tablosundan: C<sub>v<\/sub> = 2 dir. Bu durumda:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px\">(ds\/d\u03b8)<sub>max<\/sub> = C<sub>v<\/sub>H\/\u03b2 = 2(122)\/(2\u03c0\/3) = 366\/\u03c0 = 117<\/p>\n<p>olacakt\u0131r. Bu durumda:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px\">r<sub>p<\/sub> = (ds\/d\u03b8)<sub>max<\/sub> tan\u03bc<sub>min<\/sub> = 117 tan60\u00b0 = 203 mm<\/p>\n<p>dir. r<sub>p<\/sub> = r<sub>t<\/sub> + H\/2 + r<sub>r<\/sub> oldu\u011fundan r<sub>t<\/sub> + r<sub>r<\/sub> = 142 mm dir. r<sub>r<\/sub> = 75 mm lik bir toparlak yar\u0131\u00e7ap\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde, temel daire yar\u0131\u00e7ap\u0131 en az r<sub>t<\/sub> = 67 mm olur. r<sub>t<\/sub> = 90 mm se\u00e7ildi\u011finde ise \u03bc<sub>min<\/sub> = 62.6\u00b0 olacakt\u0131r. Dikkat edilir ise, ba\u011flama a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan dolay\u0131 en k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck \u00e7ap belirlendikten sonra, tasar\u0131mc\u0131 m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olan durumlarda \u00e7ap\u0131 daha b\u00fcy\u00fcterek kuvvet iletimi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan daha uygun boyutlar bulabilir. Ayr\u0131ca uygulanmakta olan y\u00f6ntem bilhassa sal\u0131n\u0131m yapan izleyici i\u00e7in yakla\u015f\u0131k bir hesaplama metodu oldu\u011fundan r<sub>t<\/sub>\u00a0= 67 mm al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131nda m\u00fcsaade edilen minimum ba\u011flama a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan daha k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck bir de\u011ferle kar\u015f\u0131la\u015f\u0131labilir.
