Mafsallarda olu\u015fan hareket serbestlikleri ve bu hareket serbestliklerinden kaynaklanan cisimlerin birbirlerine g\u00f6re ba\u011f\u0131l hareketleri, bir mekanizmay\u0131 di\u011ferinden ay\u0131ran \u00f6zelliklerdir.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #cc0000\"><strong>Kinematik eleman<\/strong><\/span>, bir rijit cismi di\u011fer bir rijit cisme, birbirlerine g\u00f6re ba\u011f\u0131l hareket yapabilecek \u015fekilde ba\u011flamak i\u00e7in kullan\u0131lan rijit cisim k\u0131sm\u0131na denir. Ba\u011flanan cisimler aras\u0131nda mutlaka ba\u011f\u0131l hareket olmas\u0131 \u015fartt\u0131r; ve iki cisim aras\u0131nda olas\u0131 ba\u011f\u0131l hareket, belirli y\u00f6nlerde s\u0131n\u0131rlanacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #cc0000\"><strong>Kinematik \u00e7ift<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0veya\u00a0<span style=\"color: #cc0000\"><strong>mafsal<\/strong><\/span>, iki rijit cisim \u00fczerinde bulunan kinematik elemanlar\u0131n yan yana getirilmesinden olu\u015fan ba\u011flant\u0131d\u0131r. Bir mekanizmada kullan\u0131lan kinematik \u00e7ift \u00e7e\u015fitleri ve bu kinematik \u00e7iftlerin mekanizma i\u00e7inde da\u011f\u0131l\u0131m\u0131, mekanizman\u0131n temel \u00f6zelliklerini tan\u0131mlar. Kinematik \u00e7iftler de\u011fi\u015fik \u015fekillerde s\u0131n\u0131fland\u0131r\u0131labilirler. Bu s\u0131n\u0131fland\u0131rmalar\u0131n bir ka\u00e7 \u00e7e\u015fidini g\u00f6rece\u011fiz.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #cc0000\"><strong>Kinematik \u00e7iftlerin s\u0131n\u0131fland\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131:<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\nKinematik \u00e7iftler \u00e7ok \u00e7e\u015fitli \u015fekilde s\u0131n\u0131fland\u0131r\u0131labilir. Yandaki \u015fekilde bir kapal\u0131 kinematik \u00e7ift g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px\"><span style=\"color: #cc0000\"><strong> A\u00e7\u0131k kinematik \u00e7ift<\/strong><\/span>lerde, kinematik elemanlar hareketin t\u00fcm\u00fc boyunca temas etmeyebilirler ve bu temas kontrol edilebilir. Bu durumda temas gerilimleri daha d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck olacakt\u0131r.\u015eekilde bir basit kinematik \u00e7ift g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #cc0000\"><strong>Y\u00fcksek kinematik \u00e7ift<\/strong><\/span>lerde ise temas, geometrik olarak bir nokta veya bir \u00e7izgi \u00fczerindedir. Yukar\u0131da kuvvet ve \u015fekil kapal\u0131 kinematik \u00e7iftlere verilen iki \u00f6rnek de birer y\u00fcksek kinematik \u00e7ifttir. \u00dcstte bulunan \u00e7ift (\u015fekil kapal\u0131) bir \u00e7izgisel bir temas, altta bulunan (kuvvet kapal\u0131) \u00e7ift ise noktasal bir temas sa\u011flamaktad\u0131r. Ger\u00e7ek durumda bu nokta veya \u00e7izgi temas\u0131 belirli bir alan ise de, bu alan y\u00fck alt\u0131nda deformasyondan dolay\u0131 olu\u015ftu\u011fundan, temas gerilimleri olduk\u00e7a y\u00fcksek olacakt\u0131r. Bu nedenle b\u00fcy\u00fck y\u00fckler alt\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan mekanizmalar i\u00e7in y\u00fcksek kinematik \u00e7iftler tavsiye edilmez. Ancak, y\u00fcksek kinematik \u00e7ift kullanan mekanizmalar daha k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck hacim kaplayabilir ve ayn\u0131 i\u015f i\u00e7in kullan\u0131lan par\u00e7a say\u0131s\u0131 daha az olabilir.
