Bu mekanizmalarda 2 ve 3 uzuvlar\u0131 piston ve silindir olarak tasarlan\u0131r ve aralar\u0131ndaki kayar mafsal silindir i\u00e7ine hava veya s\u0131v\u0131 pompalanarak tahrik edilir. Her t\u00fcrl\u00fc in\u015faat makinalalar\u0131nda, vin\u00e7lerde, damperli kamyonlarda ve bir\u00e7ok uygulamada bu mekanizma kullan\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.
