Sosyal \u0130zolasyondan Fark\u0131<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\">Yaln\u0131zl\u0131k, fiziksel olarak yaln\u0131z kalmak de\u011fil, <\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium\">anla\u015f\u0131lamama ve ba\u011f kuramama duygusu<\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium\"> olarak tan\u0131mlan\u0131r. Bir ki\u015fi kalabal\u0131klar i\u00e7inde bile yaln\u0131z hissedebilir. Sosyal izolasyon ise daha \u00e7ok fiziksel \u00e7evreyle ilgilidir. Ancak bu ba\u011flant\u0131lar \u00e7o\u011fu zaman <\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><b>y\u00fczeysel<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium\"> kal\u0131yor. Ger\u00e7ek anlamda destekleyici ve derin ili\u015fkilerin yerini &#8220;g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc&#8221; mesajlar\u0131 al\u0131yor. Dijital d\u00fcnyada ba\u011flant\u0131da olsak da, <\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><b>duygusal yaln\u0131zl\u0131k<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium\"> giderek yayg\u0131nla\u015f\u0131yor. Bu durum, \u00f6zellikle gen\u00e7ler ve \u015fehirde ya\u015fayan bireyler aras\u0131nda s\u0131k\u00e7a g\u00f6zlemleniyor.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><b>3. Yaln\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131n Psikolojik Etkileri<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\">S\u00fcrekli yaln\u0131z hissetmek; <\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><b>anksiyete, depresyon, uyku problemleri ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck \u00f6zg\u00fcven<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium\"> gibi pek \u00e7ok psikolojik sorunla ili\u015fkilendirilmi\u015ftir.
