My name is Arzu Arslan Kelam. I am working as Research and Teaching Assistant at the Department of Geological Engineering at Middle East Technical University (METU) and studying my doctorate degree in the field of Engineering Geology. Nowadays, I am doing research for my Ph.D. topic at the Lyles School of Civil Engineering at Purdue University as a Visiting Scholar.
My research interests in broad terms are engineering geology, geomechanics and geotechnics. My masters study was about slope stability and landslide monitoring and early warning systems.
