Undergraduate Students<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n

We can accommodate talented and motivated students at various times of the year for stays of at least three\u00a0months<\/strong>.\u00a0Work is carried out under the guidance of an experienced group member in the context of an ongoing project.\u00a0Please get in touch\u00a0if you are interested in joining us.<\/p>\n

If you want to undertake a\u00a0research project in our laboratory funded by T\u00dcB\u0130TAK 2209\/A<\/strong> and 2209\/B<\/strong> which are the fundings given to undergraduate students to undertake research project throughout their\u00a0undergrdauate education, please find the information below;<\/p>\n

CHEM 499 Undergraduate Research<\/span>\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n

We accomodate two Chem 499 Undergraduate Research studentship each term. Prospective Chem 499\u00a0students are advised to get in touch as far in advance as possible. Please be aware that this course is intended to improve the research capabilities of graduating students. Each student will undertake a project under the supervision of the group leader; lectures will be given on research design, data evaluation and report writing. A final report and\/or a seminar is required at the end of the semester.<\/p>\n

MSc Students<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n

Students who joined us during their undergraduate studies or take CHEM 499 Undergraduate Research course in the previous years\u00a0can directly be accepted as MSc studentship. <\/strong>The acceptance to our group depends on the level of interest you show during your research.\u00a0If you want to join us for MSc studies but haven’t taken Chem 499 or joined us during your undergraduate studies, then please get in touch as early as possible to finish trial period and\u00a0arrange training sessions which will take approximately three months.<\/p>\n

Students from PST (Polymer Science And Technology)\u00a0<\/strong><\/span>and MNT (Micro And Nanotechnology)\u00a0<\/strong><\/span>departments can also consider joining us<\/span>.<\/strong> Please contact me as early as possible (preferably at the start of your MSc programme) to discuss about the\u00a0possible projects and arrange training sessions which will take approximately three months.<\/p>\n

Please be aware that in order to apply for graduate programs, the applicants must have Graduate Exams (ALES, GRE) and English Proficiency Exams (ODT\u00dc-\u0130YS,\u00a0TOEFL IBT,\u00a0IELTS) exam results those\u00a0meet the minimum criteria of the programs.<\/p>\n
