4th Japan-Turkey Resilience Engineering Workshop: 4th JTRE held at METU, Ankara

The 4th JTRE Workshop is held at METU Campus on February 14th, 2019.  We had a full day of presentations by professors and students as well as discussions on natural hazards, disaster management, earthquake & tsunami modeling and resilience in particular.
